At the request of this public company’s largest investor, NCV was retained to provide this company interim leadership, recruit a CFO and to focus the business on its core strategy, which was to enable credit card payments over the Internet, where only the customers’ banks would see their personal account data.

NCV currently serves as interim President and COO of American Micro Detection Systems, Inc. Utilizing patent pending technology to detect dissolved metals and chemicals in liquid flow streams, AMDS aims to revolutionize the water quality monitoring and sampling markets.  NCV rewrote their business plan, developed their financial models and has the business in front of interested investors. 

NCV was called upon to act as interim CEO of a privately funded network solutions company with an operating subsidiary which provides set top box software based media information services to the cable industry.    NCV recruited a NASDAQ experience CFO, operating unit CEO, VP Corporate Development and VP Operations.

NCV was engaged by an free long distance service utilizing an opt-in advertising approach to determine the telecom software/hardware requirements, provide interim leadership, recruit senior sales/marketing leadership and take the concept to the capital markets.
